I can not express in words how special InnerLife is. I arrived completely broken and desperate, I left after 28 days, feeling genuine hope for my future and well prepared for real life. Innerlife and all the beautiful humans that work there have literally saved my life. The program is perfectly balanced with in-depth recovery work and holistic therapy that is designed to really get to the route of your addiction, allowing you to understand your feelings and work proactively on repairing you from the inside out.
I know that InnerLife’s success is down to the combined experience in addiction that everyone has, they have lived through the same pain that you have, and truly understand. The program is designed to work through compassion and these lived experiences.
The facilities are exceptional, set in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. My room ‘Hope’ was gorgeous, with a beautiful bed and was cleaned daily, I felt serene and calm there. The chefs are amazing, providing beautiful healthy food, you couldn’t want for better.
Over the last seven years I have had a lot of experience with centres in the Uk, I always felt like a commodity, unseen and ill-prepared for life in the real world. InnerLife is on another level to this, the small number of clients and dedication to you as an individual is very special and unique. I felt heard, seen and held. I wish I hadn’t wasted so many years and money before going there.
If you have a desire to live a happy sober life with ongoing support when you leave, I unreservedly recommend InnerLife, you will not regret it.
